Tracked Mobile Magnetic Separation Plant
This crawler-mounted mobile magnetic separator is equipped with a high-intensity magnetic separation main unit and a large-span adaptive feeding mechanism. It integrates an intelligent variable-frequency magnetic control system, as well as anti-blocking cleaning, dust-proof and noise-reduction devices. The equipment is mainly used for precise separation of ferrous impurities and metal recovery from materials. Featuring powerful magnetic force and stable separation accuracy, it is applicable to mixed materials with varying particle sizes and moisture levels. Adopting a crawler traveling structure, the machine adapts to complex and rugged terrains. It can be relocated flexibly without hoisting. With fully automatic operation, it delivers high separation efficiency and reduces labor costs effectively.
